Ashley grew up surrounded by every aspect of property, from attending meetings with mortgage brokers and watching live auctions to helping renovate houses from a young age. Her passion for property runs deep and is reflected in her strong work ethic.
Her background as a property accountant, combined with extensive industry experience, gives her a unique perspective. As a property owner herself, Ashley understands the highs and lows of real estate and recognises the value of clear, accurate communication.
She enjoys building mutually beneficial relationships and has a natural talent for organisation. Ashley holds honesty and integrity in high regard and takes pride in her ability to see things from multiple viewpoints, finding outcomes that work for both owners and tenants.
Ashley is currently working towards her REINZ Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4).

This home rental on Fawcett Rd, Laingholm is a lovely, cosy and well looked after home. You could see all the hard work that had gone into the newly completed renovations.
