About Fan

Fan Yang joined our team in October 2014, bringing a diverse background and a wealth of skills. He holds a Bachelor of Information and Technology from Massey University.

Following his studies, Fan began his career at AIL Insurance Company as a consultant. He also pursued a diploma in Counselling and volunteered at Chinese Lifeline, demonstrating his commitment to making a positive impact in the community.

In 2023, Fan obtained his NZQA Level 4 Residential Property Management certificate. Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Shanghainese, his multilingual abilities make him an invaluable bridge between our Chinese and English-speaking landlords and colleagues.

Fan specialises in offering tailored advice and support to our Chinese landlords and investors, ensuring solutions that meet their unique needs and goals. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, and is passionate about basketball and table tennis.
